We only reserve seats together for group bookings. (1 Group Ticket will allow either 6 or 12 guests)

We always endeavour to seat Group Tickets on private tables. However, please note that we use various venue types for our events with both long and round tables. Therefore, booking as a group might not always guarantee an entire private table as it will be subject to the configuration of the venue. However, we do guarantee Group Tickets will be seated together and will be given the best seats in the house. We do not take reservations for tickets sold separately. If you have booked individual tickets, our seats and tables are there to be claimed on a first come first served basis. If you are coming as part of a large group or you would like to sit at the front, we suggest arriving at the venue 10 minutes prior to the doors opening time. We will always try our best to accommodate your group.

We do make exceptions for customers with special requirements. If you do have any access or physical requirements please contact us through our contact page - *Please Note: for any requests of this nature, please contact us at least 7days prior to the event you are attending*.
